If this sounds familiar, there are two ways we can work together.

The Reset Call

The Reset Call is a 75–90 minute private 1:1 session designed for women who feel emotionally overloaded, stuck in their head, or unsure of their next step and want calm clarity without being pushed, fixed, or judged.

This is not therapy, and it’s not surface-level advice.
It’s a grounded space to slow things down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

In this private session we focus on helping you:

  • Settle your nervous system so you can think clearly again

  • Identify what’s actually driving the overwhelm (not just the symptoms)

  • Rebuild a sense of calm confidence and self-trust

  • Leave with clear, realistic next steps you can take immediately

  • Receive personalised support, not generic advice or pressure

Ongoing 1:1 Coaching

Ongoing 1:1 coaching is for women who feel ready to go deeper after creating clarity and calm.

This is a supportive, longer-term space where we work together to gently rebuild self-trust, regulate your nervous system, and create lasting change in how you feel and live without pressure or forcing.

This work is slower, steadier, and deeply personalised. It’s about learning to meet yourself with safety, clarity, and confidence in everyday life.

During our time together we focus on helping you:

  • Regulate your nervous system in real, everyday situations

  • Break emotional patterns without self-blame or pressure

  • Rebuild trust in yourself and your decisions

  • Create calm confidence you can actually live from

Ongoing coaching is usually explored after a Reset Call, once we’ve had space to understand what support feels right for you.

If you're unsure where to start, the Reset Call is the best first step. It gives us time to slow things down, understand what you need, and decide together what support if any feels right for you next.
