The PAUSE Method is the framework I use inside my 1:1 coaching to guide that process.

The PAUSE Framework

The PAUSE Method works through five stages designed to help you move from awareness to real change.

P — Present Awareness

Learning to recognise your patterns without immediately reacting to them.

A — Anchor Regulation

Understanding your nervous system and learning how to regulate it so your mind and body feel safe again.

U — Untangle Beliefs

Identifying the hidden beliefs and narratives that keep you stuck in cycles of doubt.

S — Strengthen Self-Trust

Rebuilding the inner confidence that allows you to make decisions without second-guessing yourself.

E — Embody Identity

Moving from insight to lived change so your new patterns become natural, not forced.
